It all started with a Pinterest pin of the cutest llama I’ve ever seen and the llama craze just took off from there. I couldn’t find any free crochet patterns to feed my sudden llama creativity so I took to my hook and notebook and got to work on a totally new pattern that I’m ecstatic to share with you for free. These cuties are so easy and quick to stitch up that you may end up making more than just one. Spread the llama love!

Attaching pieces & Finishing Llama

1. Attach eye patches to muzzle with two or three stitches and a distance of three stitches between them. Insert or stitch eyes onto the patch circles before securing to the head in next step.

2. Lightly stuff & attach muzzle to head, lining up the bottom of the muzzle to the bottom of the head (where the BLO stitches are).

3. Attach ears to top of head. (I attached mine along the 4th round)

4. Attach head/neck to body.

5. Attach legs to body, making sure the wide portions of the upper leg areas are on the outside.

6. Attach tail to back of body.

I hope you enjoy this free pattern and love your new little crocheted llama!
