The other day, I started thinking about how short the summers really are here in the Northeast. It’s pretty crazy when I think about how fast the warm weather comes and goes. Winter and cold weather is always just a moment away which makes me appreciate and love the summertime all the more lately. There really is nothing like a warm breeze blowing and long walks that can be taken at almost any time of the day. There are just so many things about the season to enjoy and love. And one of the best things about summer? Being adventurous and taking amazing pictures of course! πŸ˜‰ Almost anywhere I go, even locally, I find something to snap a quick photo of. It’s almost addicting! For my love of Summer and taking a million photos of nothing in particular, I wanted to share a quick, fun, and free camera crochet pattern with you! This crochet pattern is easy to stitch up and makes for a fast project as well. Keep it for yourself or give them out as gifts – it’s totally up to you! πŸ™‚

Rows 1-5: SC 26, CH1 & Turn (26 sts)

Row 6 (Round 1): SC all sts BLO (26) Turn work clockwise and working along the side, pick up and SC thought the back loops of 5 sts. Round 2: SC around BLO (62 sts)

Rounds 3-11: SC around (62 sts)

Switch working yarn to secondary color. (White used for my camera)

Rounds 12-20: SC around (62 sts)

Bind off, leaving a long tail for sewing. (Tail should be long enough to stitch the work closed down the length of the camera)

Stuff the camera body to your liking, making sure to press down into the corners to keep the square shape.
